It is a messaging service that does not require internet to be able to chat, ideal for nearby places such as: Lounges to salons, farms, alleys, companies, etc ... It works through Wi-Fi (WLAN) or sharing the Internet (Wi-Fi Zone is not need to have data)

REQUIREMENTS:

* A Wi-Fi network or a Wi-Fi Zone (you can activate it on your phone)
* People must have the Parcenger Offline installed.

HOW DOES IT WORK:

Anywhere you can use this app in case you want to chat locally using Wi-Fi.

STEPS:

1. Download this app just like the people who are going to chat.
2. People who already have this app must connect the same Wi-Fi network. (OPTIONAL: You can create your Wi-Fi Zone in the settings of your cell phone and put it FREE and everyone must connect to your network)
3. Enter Parcenger Offline like your friends on Other Devices and wait for your friends to appear and you can select any friend.
4. And you can talk quickly and without internet.
